Ridin’ High
Hunter Benefit Show

February 29-March 1, 2020
Walters State Expo Center

East Tennessee Hunter/Jumper Association Show, with all proceeds to benefit Ridin’ High’s therapeutic riding program! (Volunteers: Set up jumps on February 28th, starting at 1:00 pm at the Expo Center)

We are looking for sponsors for this event–as well as participants, so please spread the word to local businesses and stables!

The prize list is posted on Ridin’ High’s Facebook page. However, there is a typo in it: Under Mini Crossrail Equitation it should read: Courses to trot only.  Cantering will be penalized. A Mini Medal will be offered following the Long Stirrup Division.  Looking forward to seeing everyone on the 29th!

Summer lessons begin…with lots of fun summer-oriented activities for riders (and volunteers)!

Summer Horse Camp
First Session

Monday – Friday, 9 am – 2 pm

Thanks to funding by East Tennessee Foundation, we are able to offer scholarships to a Summer Day Horse Camp for selected children and youth.
The camp will include many horse-related activities, crafts, games (and riding, of course!) using our quiet therapy horses.  Children and youth will learn riding and horsemanship skills as well as how to care for horses. Throughout the experience, participants will gain relationship skills with horses and our caring staff and volunteers.
