Lessons start up again!! We will hold lessons every day as long as the predicted high temperature (at any time of the day, according to Accuweather in White Pine, TN) will be at least 40 degrees….so bundle up and join the fun!


Volunteer Workshop

February 15, 2020

If you’ve always thought about becoming a volunteer…this is your chance! We will conduct a new volunteer workshop at Ridin’ High’s facility (complete with snacks, meeting the horses, receiving key training, and participating in hands-on activities). Even if you’re an experienced volunteer, please come as we have activities planned for you as well. We have a supportive and fun community and hope you will consider joining us! Hunter Benefit Show

East Tennessee Hunter/Jumper Association Show, with all proceeds to benefit Ridin’ High’s therapeutic riding program! (Volunteers: Set up on February 28th)

Ridin’ High will be closed since many families take vacation during this time…and also to celebrate Memorial Day weekend.


Summer Lessons Begin

Summer lessons begin…with lots of fun summer-oriented activities for riders (and volunteers)!


Summer Horse Camp
First Session

July 6-10, 2020
Monday – Friday, 9 am – 2 pm

Thanks to funding by East Tennessee Foundation, we are able to offer scholarships to a Summer Day Horse Camp for selected children and youth.
The camp will include many horse-related activities, crafts, games (and riding, of course!) using our quiet therapy horses.  Children and youth will learn riding and horsemanship skills as well as how to care for horses. Throughout the experience, participants will gain relationship skills with horses and our caring staff and volunteers.
